Hi Karima: I was thinking more about your video and assessment. I think this technology could be useful for assessing what students have learned. For example, their task could be to create a video of the teacher explaining the material to a student. Part of the assignment could require the "student" to ask three questions, for example. This would get the students (1) collaborate with peers about the content, (2) practice their writing and (3) reflect about what they have learned.
This video could also be used as a demonstration in the classroom to illustrate to the students that it is ok to say that I need help, and that I did not understand the assignment.
